I don't know how many #journalists I have in my network, but if you are a journalist, I urge you to purchase some study materials from the CISSP certification, including a book of study questions. Get old editions from 2010 or earlier for one specific reason: Up until around 2013 or 2014, the test covered a practice called operational security. The price should be reasonable. Used copies of CISSP for Dummies from 2009 cost $2.
Zero in on the domain of operational security, or OPSEC. OPSEC is the practice of protecting your information and yourself in hostile situations. That would include, sadly, the United States of American in the 2020s. #SafetyOfJournalists
