And this week signed up to the Sydney Half Marathon in three months.

My 50th run of 2023 is done - an early 5 in 30 before the commute. Summer is almost here, which means more cycling, shorter runs.

Because the organisers moved the expo to possibly the furthest place from convenient public transport in central Sydney.
