I started running in August with couch to 5k as a form of escapism from things happening in my life, and I can confirm I still hate running (but marginally fitter maybe, idk).
It's not 'fun' per se and my timing is below average but I look forward to my runs which is weird as someone who didn't see the point of running unless being chased.
