Como instalar o RTL-SDR no Arch Linux:
*.- Instale:
sudo pacman -Syu rtl-sdr
*.- Bloqueie o driver de TV padrão para liberar o dongle:
sudo nano /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist-rtl.conf
Adicione a linha:
blacklist dvb_usb_rtl28xxu
*.- Adicione seu usuário ao grupo do hardware:
sudo usermod -aG wheel $USER
*.- Reinicie o PC, plugue o USB e teste com: rtl_test
