Channel 4 broadcast Fight to Fly last week, it is a deeply upsetting watch to see fellow humans being treated with such lack of decency. Laws and attitudes towards disabled people need to change - help raise awareness and support the Rights on Flights campaign.

Can you imagine the outcry of a plane with no functioning toilets? Now imagine that no planes have a toiler you can use? and if you do make it through the flight, you may get to your destination, but your luggage is damaged beyond repair. These are the challenges disabled travellers face daily!

This is a much needed campaign, I’ve been avoiding flying abroad since the pandemic began as I’m blind/ a wheelchair user and I’ve heard so many horror stories. We’ve booked flights for later in the year and it’s already making me feel anxious as I’m so out of practice! | ‘After her wheelchair was broken on a British Airways flight in February, TV presenter Sophie Morgan has launched a campaign with Disability Rights UK. Called #RightsOnFlights - its goal is to improve the airline experience for all passengers with disabilities.’
