Question for Boston/Cambridge area residents: is it true that property agents in Boston can only charge commission from landlords ? A new rule ?

SO funny if true. They are now putting "NO BROKER FEES" on their zilllow ads so they nonetheless come out as doing the vulnerable tenants a favour. So scummy.

Can't wait till sites like zillow die out or only cater to buying/selling property, not rentals.
