Il mio grande problema erano le copie di #backup: non so se la mia soluzione sia adeguata ma per adesso questa è la mia impostazione:
- #Dejadup per i file utente, 1 volta a settimana
- #Timeshift per i file di sistema, manualmente prima di grossi aggiornamenti
- #RedoRescue per i file immagine, grosso modo una volta al mese con boot da chiavetta.
Dovrei essere abbastanza al siicuro... Suggerimenti? 😁

Are you aware of a #GUI application that can effectively scan, identify and recover *accidentally* deleted folders chock-full (hundreds) of images?

I've tried #RLinux and #RedoRescue, but no dice.

I appreciate any help provided.

Today I am making a backup image of an ancient netbook I still use (yes, does anyone remember them?). Using #ReDoRescue again, but had to go back to v3. I suspect that my netbook did not support the 64bit software that v4 probably is!

Having said that, v3 is working just fine 👍

Spent some time over the weekend, well basically the whole weekend, revamping some of my backups. Whole disc image backups are something I want to do more frequently.

Very pleased with the completely free version of #MacriumReflect v8 for windows and #ReDoRescue v4 for Linux.

Macrium also allows the backups to be automated!
