I like this idea.
I wonder if we could create a shadow system like this here and use it as a metric or learning process to show how well or how poorly our system is working.
I'm sure the #RNC and #DNC and conservative are against the whole idea of people choosing their representatives in a fair election.
not sure how to go about it since just getting folks to use one system is hard.
