Just checked my Blood Pressure with my accessible Qardio Arm Monitor. Its not the chaepest, but is wireless and battery operated. You put the cuff on your arm, launch the app on your phone, and select start measurement. That's it. It does keep your history that you can print out, or even just email to your doctor.
