One thing to take home from #PyConIT. PyScript (Python in the browser) keeps getting better and there's
where you can host your scripts to be able to quickly run them on anything that has a semi current Browser.
(No need to use it, https://pyscript.net/ also exists, but it makes it easier to get started with PyScript)
Are social networks dead for conferences?
I’ve just been to PyCon Italia and here on Mastodon there have been an average of 2,4 post/day. I counted only 5-6 different people (out of 1000 attendees).
I also checked Bluesky and Instagram.
What am I missing?
For the past few days at @pycon I got to hang out with Jacopo Tediosi, who has helped me a lot in improving OctoPrint's security over the past year. It's always great when something like this happens!
This morning I had the pleasure and the honour to introduce my dear friend and former colleague Nicholas Tollervey keynote (which was so much fun and inspiring 🤩)
Day 3 (and the final day) of @pycon and the Force is strong with me! 😊
We are live in Tagliatelle: https://2025.pycon.it/streaming
