@bignose In the case of #psycologicalSafety, and in larger picture employee health – the long term interests of owner and employee align completely. Motivated, healthy and #autonomous people create more value for customers, and thus more shareholder value.

While there are multiple systematic errors in the way we run companies nowadays – I do think the main reason why employee and owner interests clash the way you describe - is an erroneous perspective: quarters instead of years.
