Current status of the #proteobench QExactive DDA module, shown yesterday https://fosstodon.org/@olangella/114715175521848642

i2MassChroQ has very good performances and a very low level of missing values

Welcome | Eupa 2025

Eupa 2025

The #proteobench project from #eubic is evolving fast.

There are new results available online for the DDA module.

We present our results for i2MassChroQ #PAPPSO compared to other workflows in #proteomics :

i2MassChroQ results in ProteoBench

ProteoBench is an open platform for benchmarking proteomics data analysis workflows. There several modules each one focusing on a specific Protomics technic:

PAPPSO

I've uploaded a new result file in #ProteoBench from @EuBIC_MS

The new results shows how #PAPPSO i2MassChroQ performs compared to other software on the same dataset.

This time, DDA quantification was made without match between run. We can see more features than using MaxQuant+Andromeda with match between run. incredible.

Looking forward to this webinar of the @EuBIC_MS #ProteoBench team, which will highlight some cool progress in #proteomics #benchmarking

Have you ever noticed how benchmarking #proteomics data analysis can be a wild west?

EuBIC-MS community members did, and started #ProteoBench: An open platform for continuous, easy, and controlled comparisons of proteomics data analysis workflows

Welcome! You are invited to join a webinar: Introduction to ProteoBench. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email about joining the webinar.

ProteoBench is an open and collaborative platform developed by EuBIC-MS (eubic-ms.org) to allow a continuous, easy, and controlled comparison of proteomics data analysis workflows. This community-curated effort is open to all. It will allow for an easy and controlled comparison of tools developed or used by the participants to other state-of-the-art pipelines for specific applications. This webinar is an introduction to ProteoBench. We will describe the platform, how to use it, and how to contribute. We are looking forwards to seeing you there, and answer all your questions.
