ProteoBench is an open and collaborative platform developed by EuBIC-MS (eubic-ms.org) to allow a continuous, easy, and controlled comparison of proteomics data analysis workflows. This community-curated effort is open to all. It will allow for an easy and controlled comparison of tools developed or used by the participants to other state-of-the-art pipelines for specific applications. This webinar is an introduction to ProteoBench. We will describe the platform, how to use it, and how to contribute. We are looking forwards to seeing you there, and answer all your questions. The EuBIC-MS Winter School is organized each second year by the European Bioinformatics Community for Mass Spectrometry (EuBIC-MS), an initiative of the European Proteomics Association (EuPA) for user-oriented bioinformatics for mass spectrometry-based omics. The 2024 Winter School will be held on 15-19 January 2024 in the (hopefully) snowy Winterberg, Germany.
