#studentloanforgiveness is such a hard topic for #democrats 😔. Learn from the republicans! They already are so efficient at cancelling loans for students that they know how to cancel them before they happen! They can even get you to pay for grants and gifts from your grandma!

Very nice republicans 😜! Keep at it. Let's see if you can skip jail time for whatever law you might be breaking to get this done.

There has been a lot of discussion of the term #NativeSpeaker in linguistics of late. But what about the terms #fluent or #proficient (or fluent vs. proficient)? @savithry and coauthors write about this a little w.r.t. language revitalization (citing Davis 2018), which is what I've been thinking about too. If anyone wants to have a mini-discussion of this issue, I'd love to hear it!
