Development of the VFR flight preparation application proceeds as planned. I can create and modify routes along waypoints (aerodromes, navaids, RNAV positions, arbitrary coordinates) with automatic fuel calculations, based on official German AIXM AIP data.
In addition, it now implements the take-off/landing distance estimations as described in the Flugsicherheitsmitteilungen 3/75 (Aviation Safety News) of the Luftfahrtbundesamt (German federal aviation office).
