This is vaguely related to your #pottage campaign but maybe not as drastic. Or maybe more drastic in one dimension.

We have been eating oatmeal - steel-cut oats soaked in water the night before and cooked in the morning - for almost every breakfast for more than 10 years.

Usually add some fruit and piima, which is a fermented milk that is easier and milder than yogurt.

So does that count at pottage?
