A fun game of AuZtralia with 4 players. Stupid kangaroos! It’s a blast of a #martinwallace design with a semi-uncooperative win condition. We lost to the game😬
Our table recruited some others to end the night with a 7 player game of 7 Wonders Architects. Always good.
Other tables played Rebirth Ireland , Yokohama, and Merchants of the Dark Road.

It was the first play for me of the 60 Second City #boardgame Afterwards John and Valerie played. Not bad for $6 at Target!

Each #boardgame group has it's own dynamics; this range from the folks who attend, what they like to play, and can even be when they attend. Since we changed locations we have had to adapt to a myriad of changes. It's always a good idea to be flexible in what games you bring along and what games you are happy to play. So adapt and respond to the group situation and your group will thrive!

As it's Turkey Day week so we had a slightly different mix of attendees. A bunch of regulars and some youngsters too. Kids who regularly play fun and engaging #boardgames with adults are surprisingly mature. They learn lots of good life skills too.
Thanks to all who taught games. I learnt two games that were new to me.

Stephen has only been a group member for a few months but we had a fun time across the game table. Despite him being Aussie. Best wishes to Steve and family on their future endeavours. He had a final (game night) request to play Concordia. Thanks to Jonathon and Eric etc. for facilitating the game.

All is normal there were a mix of pre-arranged and ad-hoc games. Dan knew how to play Bonfire so skipped the teach and played some short games before joining the longer game.

As it was Election night I had pre-arranged to play the 2 player #boardgame Campaign Manager 2008 with John. Despite his strong start as McCain; I won as Obama.
Games played included: Bus, Scout, Qwixx, Murano, On Tour, Rebel Princess, 7 Wonders Architects, and Campaign Manager 2008.

Alhambra hit the table with me teaching 3 newbies. 4 is the most I'd play Alhambra with. It went down well with some lovely walls. After that we did some lighter fare like Zombie Dice and Love Letter.
