Still stuck on the train home. My intended train from Munich was cancelled before I arrived at the station. The train I'm currently on was departing on time but is now 50 mins behind schedule, so bye bye connecting train. 🥲 But I met a group of funny Norwegian guys on the train who attended a trade fair, so the first 1.5 hrs were very entertaining 🤭 They even gave me free trade fair merch for my birthday in July, so I'm now a proud owner of a purple lifting hook bottle opener 🤣

LJNature is amazing.
These are the leftover scion wood I pruned from my peach trees when they were still dormant in early March.
I stored them, wrapped, in the fridge until it was time to graft the new trees.
Instead of tossing the scion I didn't need, I cut the ends & put them in water.
A week later and I have bright pink blooms to cheer a gloomy day.
(Which also tells me the grafts have a good chance since the scion wood was still alive.)
