I have all sorts of mixed feelings about this piece, some arising from the music itself, others emerging from a web of personal associations, passions, and uncertainties.

Is this great music or something more like an elaborate firework display? Does this question even have a sensible answer?

Is it just me, or does "Aquarium" from "Carnival of the Animals" sound like Beauty and the Beast? Wouldn't be the first (or last) time Saint-Saens' music was used in a children's film (Babe/Organ Symphony, anyone?)
