It has taken me a while to accept that on my long COVID journey I need a bit of help to get going again. So I’ve bought an e-assist bike. Even with that bit of assistance I struggle to keep up with my friends, it’s not a “free ride” as some think! But at least I’m not utterly wiped out with PEMs for days afterwards and I get to do a bit of something I love. #LongCovid #orbeagain #mahlex35
