Just have finished reading Jack Kirby's OMAC. What a fun reading it was!
Jack Kirby saw it first.
In the '70s, he gave us OMAC & Brother Eye — an AI satellite guiding, not destroying.
Not Skynet. Not HAL.
A watcher. A brother.

Kirby didn’t fear AI. He gave it a soul.

Too bad DC didn't pay much attention to this character.
We can all hope that with AI like brother eye, we will have a better future.

The Great #ComicBook Re-inventorying Initiative is into the Os, and there's not many books here, but here's a cool nugget: #OMAC

This #DCComics miniseries was an interesting story by #JohnByrne and these four books are all done in black and white. A very cool piece of info is that #JackKirby also has writing credits for issue 1.
