Utilisez un éditeur du type what you see is what you mean, mettez en place de la gestion de version automatique avec git, et sauvegardez des copies ailleurs.

Ce que j'ai fait dans book generator propose ça, avec un tableau de bord HTML de suivi. Mais c'est encore assez niche pour être utilisé par la grande niche des gens qui écrivent sur un ordi.
Un site web permet de faire tout ça mais vous n'avez pas du tout la main sur vos écrits, et vous êtes pistés de plein de façons par des gens qui font des choses atroces.
Breffe, ça vaut le coup d'ecrire localement et de savoir lancer un script, ça vous servira toute votre vie et fera avancer votre émancipation pour de bon.
