Opened a support case with vendor, providing THEIR log file showing THEIR connection returning a Cloudflare 520 error with the full HTML of the error page including a RayID they could use to see what was broken. The page states something is broken between Cloudflare cache and the vendor platform. Provides a URL to check the RayID.
