His lawyer, #Nicola_Canestrini, made a statement regarding this. She said that the strike started on October 31.

The official figure for #Russia’s losses from the pipeline’s destruction has not been disclosed.
In March 2024, the #Nord_Stream operating company filed a lawsuit against insurers, demanding about €400 million after they refused to cover damages from the explosions.
The lawsuit stated that the “preliminary and indicative estimate” for water removal from the pipelines, their stabilization, repairs, and replacement of lost gas amounted to €1.2-1.35 billion

During the court session, he said he didn't agree to being extradited to #Germany and asked for a #Ukrainian interpreter.
