It was just a couple of hours ago that I saw an illustration here on my news stream on LinkedIn, about the differences between "the boss" and "the leader". Most of us have probably seen this kind of visual many times before: They invariably argue for "bosses becoming more like leaders", for "leaders
You cannot practice leadership.
Nobody ever practiced leadership!
#Leadership is a dynamic that unfolds in the space between people.
It is about the dynamics of democratic #selforganization. Everything else (the #leading and #leader shit) is just commanding, coercing, judging, meddling, dabbling, manipulating and fucking around. It amounts to nothing more than command-and-control.
Can be just try to be decent, please?
