DJ PaaviSometimes I wish the "quest acts" i.e. the live acts and their tech would communicate with me, the DJ about show times and if they are ready early/late and the duration of their set. You know, just so that I could plan ahead and not have to guess if they're starting at 23:30 like they should or four minutes late despite the musicians lining up next to the stage and their light techie taking over the light show.
I know that most of them can do this actively, so this time I forgot that sometimes I need to ask, even if it feels like going through the obvious.
