While Wordpress and other options do exist, I need to make a site and am thinking about starting from scratch. I want to have a blog part, but then that means actually learning CSS and not just putting a style block in each page or tag. Any reliable free hosing services out there? I'm looking at Neocities, but there's no guarantee that content will not be lost. If something happens, unless I somehow remember to have several backups I could lose my whole site.
