Google decided to dive into another new language with a custom ecosystem and a single focused "fix" to an existing popular one. This one is focused on toolchain security awareness and memory mgmt instead of Golang that was C/C++ with thread-safe communication or Carbon that was readable syntax C++. This one looks oddly like a Rust-ifyed Python.
