How do folks here feel about #neuroplastic healing? I found a #neuroplastic approach that was working well for me. I want to start doing it again. It's based on the work of Alan Gordon. He wrote a book called "The Way Out." I bought it and started doing the exercises in it and was getting fantastic results. I have #fibromylagia and am on duloxetine. My pain went from a 4-5 out of 10 to 0.
