These boxes are made from English Walnut (Juglans regia). This tree is native to Iran but is found all over the world because the walnuts are commonly enjoyed around the end of the year by many.

After some time with family, we’re back!

This wood is from the Honey Locust (Gleditsia triacanthos). It is native to central North America and is one of 5 species I source locally!

This wood is extremely hard and glows naturally under a UV light which is why I’ve loved this wood from the beginning.
