Did anybody have any idea what this is? It is some merch given out at a trade show. It's leatherette, about 37x24 cm (14" x 9") and has a pouch inside with a fold back cover and two tiny tabs. On the back it has a fold-out part that magnetically clips to make a triangle stand which is not strong enough to use as a foot. I can only think about it being a case for a tablet, but it's rather too large and the stand is pretty useless. #UselessCrap #MysteryObject

What the heck is this?

This was found on the floor of our house. For context, it was built in 1923, California, stucco. We are doing some renovation work, so could have rolled out from the wall. Or, maybe from an old piece of furniture?

It’s approx 3.5mm diameter and 5mm long. Looks cast. Possibly bronze or brass. It’s a brownish metal, and not rusty.

Any ideas?
