I find and follow the instructions:
Sign in to myGov.
Select MENU from your homepage.
Select Documents and appointments, then Appointments and Manage appointments.

No "Menu" is on the MyGov page.

I made an #FOI request to learn more about the #myGov Code Generator app retirement (roadmaps, tickets, etc). Services Australia neither confirms nor denies the existence of such documents, because if they did exist (they surely do), they would be exempt as release could prejudice my ART proceeding to get the source code.

This is a little bit 🌶️ . A possible interpretation is that they think the public knowing WHY they retired it could harm their case.

Still digesting it all. New FOI Act 1982 sections unlocked. I think I need some sort of Achievement system to track that 😂

Spent hours on Sunday afternoon on the MyGov / Centrelink websites.

The fuckage of users is considerable.

Either deliberately designed to induce despair and hopelessness or there is no effective supervision & user-experience auditing happening.

It looks to be part of the punishing of benefit recipients.

And will be triggering domestic violence, child abuse, suicides, mental health problems, road rage & homelessness.

Do any of you recall the account of the Tooter behind the MyGov Authenticator source review, that’s now at the Administrative Review Tribunal? (https://openmygov.au)

Interesting development in the myGov platform and iOS app - as of yesterday, they’ve just updated it to support TOTP Authenticator apps.
