Woodpecker did peck wood... some busy pecker has left a large amount of debris on the ottoman in my backyard.
For the past several years we've had woodpeckers nesting in the tree. I wonder if any of the past fledglings have returned?

Chilly walk for Milo and me this evening. Milo IS NOT A FAN of neighborhood inflatable Santas and snowmen and whatnot. We had to cross the street to avoid the one in the picture. 😆 Milo categorically refused to continue on that sidewalk.
