Do the venues have HVAC systems that comply with CDC’s post-public health emergency recommendations – to wit, at least 5 air changes per hour of clean air in occupied spaces, and at least MERV 13 filters?

Will participants be able to get a refund or to transfer registrations without penalty if they get COVID or have COVID symptoms?
