HollieMiyoko's Mozzarella is SOOOO GOOOOD. It's pourable, which I think freaks a lot of people out, but don't fear it, it's amazing. I've been making this "pizza toast" for lunch lately, basically toast with onion salt (I have FEELINGS for Trader Joe's onion salt), and then I pile on yummy beans and the Miyoko's. HEAVEN.
