Sometimes, when I get angry at work, I'll write a mean email and save it in my drafts.

Then I'll go for a run amidst the hills and streams. I'll reflect, calm down, and think clearly once more.

When I'm back at my desk I pause, breathe, and go to town on that shitty first draft, rewriting it into a devastating, cold-blooded, scorched-earth career assassination.

And then I smash send while flipping the bird.
