The ancient #Indian #Vedic concept of #education consisted of three steps. First, the student listens as the #teacher explains a particular subject or truth.
Then he conscientiously and persistently engages with what he has learned.
Finally, he #meditates on it.
The teacher attentively accompanies him throughout all these steps. The process is only complete when the #student discovers the truth for himself after the third step.

• Someone who #meditates on God’s Word. (Psalm 1)

• Someone who does the good works #God planned for them (Ephesians 2), works excellently (Matthew 5), and lives holy (1 Thessalonians 4).

There’s so much more, but squaring away on these is a really good start.
