Zazen and Dharma Talk by Enkyo Roshi

Join us online or in person for a morning of meditation and a dharma talk on Buddhist teachings by Abbot Enkyo Roshi. We’ll begin with our Sunday morning chanting service, continue with 30 minutes of zazen, a Dharma talk, and conclude by chanting the Four Vows. All are welcome to join.

Fusatsu Ceremony and Talk by Shinryu Roshi
Thurs. June 22 5:30pm ET

Traditionally held at the full moon, the Village Zendo community gathers once a month for its Fusatsu ceremony of repentance or atonement. It is our way of acknowledging that we are not separate from all the harm and disharmony in our world and that our practice should naturally lead to us to ethical action. The Dharma talk focuses on the Zen precepts of ethical conduct.
