(I'd argue that the latter is far more important, given that the former is just a poor substitute for "subscribe to a post" mechanics)

A feature I'm often missing is the option to see only "original posts" by myself or by some user, without boosts or replies.
This was submitted as an issue:
https://github.com/mastodon/mastodon/issues/22885
but was closed as "completed" for some reason, although it clearly isn't.

Do you agree this is a needed feature? How can this be boosted (pun intended) back to development?

So… is there a way to enable a media tab for profiles in toot!? or other apps that don’t show one naturally? Metatext had one on every profile. Can’t find another app that does this and also functions well. It’s super useful when you’re trying to see an artist’s work. And scrolling through potentially 1000s of boosts and posts to see just art posts is irritating.

Just noticing today I can set the language for posts in the web interface! But it would appear most apps haven't updated with this feature yet. Seems this would solve a lot of my worry about people being able to filter out my Swedish posts or vice versa.
