Following the crash & burn going on across the pond I'm thinking that the lack of #unions in the #US has a consequence I had not thought about: there is little escalation phase of strikes etc between all cool and #MassResignations. Even more importantly, there aren't generally accepted, let alone mandated or controlled ways of #negotiation. No valtakunnansovittelija - possibly not even a word for one.
