And then having the audacity to claim that it is especially valid because it is 'informed by the two public consultations we ran to ensure it is as clear as possible'.

I only remember one consultation. So when was the second?

The results of that consultation, which I contributed to - along with thousands of other trans people, have never been published.

The EHRC indicated they hadn't even bothered to read all the submissions!

Why no discussion of the alternative to taking the SCJ ruling - amending the Equality Act so it's fit for purpose?

Isn't that what the EHRC is supposed to be for? Ensuring equality?
