Dear #MechanicalKeyboard bubble: Is it just me or has #Drop (formerly known as #Massdrop) no more had any really interesting new keycap sets for months?

Their recent DSA Scrabble though shortly caught my attention as I liked the original XDA Scrabble by @cassidoo a lot. But I lost interest quickly again as it's no comparison to the original, especially wrt. to board support and novelties. And because I already have XDA Scrabble.

Here's a my Vortex Race 3 featuring the original XDA Scrabble.

I bought a set of NPKC Rainbow keycaps from #Massdrop something like three years ago. Today I got a mail from them, titled "Show off your NPKC Rainbow Keycaps".

It's great to see that their reaction time is about the same as their shipping times.

Oh darn. The #Planck Light is back on #Massdrop. Only problem is, the pre-assembled option does not include a blanks option. The previous batch also arrived without a bootloader, which is a deal breaker.

I guess I'll pass on this one, it would be too risky to trust Massdrop.

This makes my (company) wallet happy.
