Reasons for my #Martti-a-diggin':

- Lots of cool 50s architecture.
- One of the nicest parks in the whole #Turku (Urheilupuisto ("The Sports Park")) begins outside my backyard window.
- The 2nd coziest pub in town, Hugo, is close. (The coziest being Cosmic Comic Cafe.)
- Several a-class lunch places less than 500 m away.
- All the important things are in walking distance – library, rehearsal room(s), downtown, river...
- My flat is big, cheap and nice.
- The #sauna in the building is awesome.
