我觉得用名而非姓称呼女性领导人确实是性别歧视的表现
姓所代表的家族积累、人脉网络和知名度对于从政是非常重要的政治资产，用名而非姓称呼女性领导人是通过将她切割出这种继承，从而贬低她的政治身份
夫姓在这种情景里反而对女性是一种助力，因此才被否认和剥离

历史上父子、兄弟相继竞选总统的不在少数，但男性候选人恰恰是利用了同姓这一优势大肆宣传。之前看到一条评论说，这次选举是自1976年以来第一次没有拜登、布什和肯尼迪这三个家族参选，侧面可见家族名声的政治影响力。现实中，希拉里和kamala都选择了自己的名而非姓作为竞选标志和账号名，女性政治家只能屈从于这种社会规则（家族姓氏只能代表男性，女性只能以名被选民认识）。不过贺锦丽现在在tiktok上有 #mamala 这个昵称，算是reclaim自己名字份量的手段吧
