Exactly no change at all
I weighed myself today for the first time in roughly a month. I am exactly the same. No change.
In fact, I have been hovering around the same weight since April (2024) which is some time ago.
Now I have some harder choices to make. This is not my desired plateau level. Not even close.
These past few weeks, I have been much more active than usual. I’ve pushed myself a lot. On top of that, I had a not eating much period due to tummy upset.
That means that my incremental lifestyle changes have taken me from staring down the barrel of 25 stone (160Kg-ish) down to hovering at the bottom of 21 stone (133Kg-ish). That is good. I’m unlikely to go back up. However, I need to make more changes if I want to keep going down. I want to lose the same again at a bare minimum.
Right now I have no ideas.
Today is the first time in a few days that I have not been crushed by my other health crap, which places me perfectly for coming up with some ideas. I need to make further lifestyle changes and evaluate if I have been treating myself a little too often.
I felt so pleased with myself that I have been snacking mostly on fruit too.
