The decision to toss out trump’s classified documents criminal case means he can now talk to his co-defendants & potential witnesses about what happened at Mar-a-Lago without facing consequences.

The conditions of release on him and his two co-defendants– Walt Nauta & Carlos De Oliveira– no longer exist because the case is closed.

That means the defendants & potential witnesses for/against them are no longer barred from discussing the case with each other. #LooseCannon
