Did the introduction of an outcomes based curriculum coincide with a,
(a) increase in NAPLAN scores,
(b) leveling off of declining NAPLAN scores,
(c) decrease in NAPLAN scores?

Are teachers succeeding in making literacy aquisition highly attractive to students by engaging students in the appreciation, creation, writing, reading and performing of rich, complex, emotionally engaging narratives?
