I’ll need to pack up shortly ahead of #perth✈️#Canberra but I’ve actually spent my time in the #Qantas club semi-responsibly and will be back on the #LiteNEasy diet from next week. :)
Interesting. One of the #liteNEasy breakfasts that turns up every so often is Yoghurt with Chia seeds. I got a bit curious so… https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chia_seed

@rdm Yes, well, have you SEEN what #liteNEasy are pleased to call “pizzas” in their lunch menus?

ISTG, #Dominos starts looking good after those.

Staying away from those things is NOT hard.

To be fair, #LiteNEasy do some very NICE salads as part of their lunch menus.

And I’m actually quite partial to some of their frozen dinners.

It does make me wonder how they can make “pizzas” that are so, well, NOT.

Placing my food orders for the next month or so with #liteNEasy.

Now, I’ve already had the displeasure (several times) of meeting what Lite N Easy are laughingly pleased to call a “pizza”.

On those days, I cheerfully order a salad instead…

In terms of breakfast, there’s a variety I get with my #LiteNEasy calorie controlled meals…but when I’m off the diet I guess my favourite would be omelettes, especially if I’m in a hotel that has them prepared on demand as part of a buffet.

@Steveg58 Thanks, I guess I didn’t know because I’ve been pretty good about sticking to the #LiteNEasy so I just wasn’t ordering any deliveries.
@sortius Good to know. I guess it shows that I've been sticking to the #liteNEasy if I didn't know...
Given that I’m returning to #Canberra on Friday, I’ve set my first #LiteNEasy delivery for 2026 for Tuesday. An extra week off the diet to keep a Friday delivery didn’t seem like the best idea.

Since I have a car for this trip I thought I’d head to #Innaloo. #Scarborough is great if you like burgers, which I appreciate for a bit due to the #LiteNEasy I usually eat, but some variety would be nice. And since I can get to Innaloo easily enough…

I think that there’s a Chicken Katsu curry and a Strawberry Ramune in my future…
