I think I jumped the gun in doing the upgrade so soon after the release, but On the plus side, temperatures are being displayed again in the system tray.
xviewer is my next problem - it works no problem, but didn't honor my theme settings - I can't find away to turn off dark mode.
And I'm not entirely sure everything that should have been installed got installed - but it looks like a lot of stuff got uninstalled. This is going to take me a while to sort out I think.
So my excitement for a successful upgrade is gone. I went to watch a video only to find I have no media player, I installed Celluloid only to find that playback was slow and in black and white. (This is what I got from the system repositories). (Also it didn't honor my theme settings)
I installed the flakpak for Celluloid - and that worked, And it sort of honored my theme settings (meaning I had to turn off dark mode, but at least I could)
2nd machine done, so far so good. For some reason one of the xinput devices changed numbers, but after a reboot it changed back to what it was - but otherwise everything is going good -- knock on wood!
4 more machines to go....and I forgot one of those is still running LM 20.3 - I think I'll have to upgrade to 21.3 first....I guess I should try and see what it says.

One machine done, no problems (That machine is running #Mate and I've already seen some bugs that were in 21.0-21.3 fixed)
I'm working on upgrading a #Cinnamon machine, I've noticed a few packages are a bit different, I guess I shouldn't be surprised by that.
I also upgraded a really old machine from #LMDE5 to #LMDE6 that didn't go quite as well, but was easy enough to fix.
I have 4 more machines to work on too
Ok, kaum erscheint mein Video, wie man #LinuxMint installiert, veröffentlicht @linuxmint ein neues Release: #linuxmint22wilma. Auch wenn in meinem Video noch Footage von #LinuxMint21 vorkommt, sollte das Gesagte auch für #LinuxMint22 gelten.
