SCOTUS has ruled 8-1 that conversion therapy is protected under the first amendment.

Ruling against a recent Colorado law, the court sided with licenced counsellor and practicing Christian Kaley Chiles in her free speech to continue practicing the pseudo-scientific sessions with LGBTQIA+ clients.

Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson was the only one to not side with the ruling.
